Open to the Public: 5:30PM to 8:30PM
Vendor Tear Down: 8:30PM to10PM
Vendor Terms - Please read carefully.
> Spaces are 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep. Please plan accordingly.
> There is a limit of one business per vendor space.
> Vendor spaces are piped and draped. Vendors are provided with one 6ft. x 30in. rectangular table and two chairs. The table and chairs will be set up in your space when your arrive. Additional tables may be available upon request.
> There are a limited number of spaces with electricity. Sign up and pay early if you require electricity. Requests for spaces with electricity are filled on a "first paid" basis.
Note: Please send an email prior to paying to inquire if a space with electricity is available.
> Vendors will not attach anything to the walls (by tape or any other means).
> No alcohol or smoking on the premises.
> All items must be "family-friendly".
> WiFi is available.
> No food/drink may be served without approval prior to paying for your space.
Vendor Fee
> Early Bird Vendor Fee is $125 per space plus a $25 gift certificate to your business. The gift certificate must expire December 31, 2017 or later.
Early Bird Vendor Fees must be received prior to 11:59PM on Saturday, August 19th. The gift certificate must expire December 31, 2017 or later.
> The Vendor Fee for spaces paid after 11:59PM on Saturday, August 19th is $150 per space plus a $25 gift certificate to your business. The gift certificate must expire December 31, 2017 or later.
> There is a $50 Security Deposit required per space payable at the time of paying the vendor fee.
Note: If you book two or more spaces the vendor fees are as follows:
Early Bird Vendor Fee: $100 per space plus a $25 gift certificate to your business. The gift certificate must expire December 31, 2017 or later.
Vendor Fee: $125 per space plus a $25 gift certificate to your business. The gift certificate must expire December 31, 2017 or later.
> Security Deposits are returned in cash at the end of the event if all of the following requirements were met:
1. You were set up for business for the entire time of the event
2. You did not begin to tear down your space early.
3. You did not leave any mess/trash or damage to your space. You must leave the space the way you found it.
> Once payment has been made we are unable to issue a refund.

2. PayPal Note: You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay via PayPal.
NOTES:
> Spaces are reserved upon receipt of *BOTH* the Vendor Form and the cleared Vendor Fee payment.
> To sign up:
1. Submit the Vendor Form
2. Upon receipt of your Vendor Form you will be sent an invoice. PLEASE DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU RECEIVE THE INVOICE. Please check your email for the invoice and future messages.
3. Your space is reserved upon receipt of BOTH your Vendor Form and complete payment. This means that you do not have a space until payment is received and cleared. We are unable to hold spaces.
4. There is a $35 fee for any returned checks.
